Wine Education
|| Introductory Wine Course ||
The course is offered in conjunction with Mitchell Community College Continuing Education and will be held at Wine Maestro in Mooresville. Our introductory course will focus on "building block" information while navigating the wonderful world of vino. Areas of focus include palate training, food & wine, exploration of popular grape varietals around the world, reading labels, wine lists, cellar management, & more.

|| Advanced Wine Course ||
Our Intermediate Wine Course begins March 16 at 7 pm
and runs for four additional weeks each Tuesday from 7-9 pm.
Basic knowledge of wine or completion of a preious class required. Must be age 21 or older.
The course is offered in conjunction w/ Mitchell Community College Continuing Education and will be held at Wine Maestro in Statesville. The course will include discussion of various major wine producing regions of the world along w/ a tasting of representative wines from those regions. We'll also cover topics such as food and wine pairing, proper storage and cellar maintenance, reading a restaurant wine list, deciphering of wine labels, and much more.
