About Event
We will be tasting and teaching 8 different examples of bubbly wine of the worlds bubbles like Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne. You will be enriched with an understanding of what makes bubbles similar and what makes them different. This is an opportunity to build an appreciation for each and decide your own personal preference of when to serve each for the right occasion.
