Rabble, Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles 2017
Paso Robles, California Cabernet Sauvignon
About the Producer: Founded by grower Rob Murray, Rabble Wine Company followed a path of true grit and determination to find success in Paso, a tough place to grow grapes and make wine. Rather than battle nature, we bottled it–fighting tooth and nail to create wines we could be proud of. Rabble proves that great wines are born from overcoming the forces of nature in the vineyard.
The ancient Greeks defined the four elements of nature to be water, air, earth, and fire. Each Rabble label represents a different element of nature, which grower Rob Murray had to battle when making the wines, through scenes of destruction based on art from The Nuremberg Chronicle of the 1400s. These battles with nature to make Rabble wines, as told through the artwork on the label, proved to Rob that we cannot command nature, except by obeying her.
Each of our brands reflects its own distinct expression of the Rabble Wine Company world.
They are: Rabble, Tooth & Nail, Amor Fati and Stasis. Often polarizing but never ignored, our wines are the milestones of an unlikely journey. Join us—we are just getting started.
Tasting Notes: From our sustainably grown vineyards in Paso Robles—the new benchmark region for world-class Cabernet. Perfect with rosemary steak kabobs and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches.
