Sancerre, Loire Valley, France 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on flinty soil


Tasting Notes: From a vineyard along the Loire river. From siliceous soils, local called "rocks".

The harvest is destemmed, gently pressed and then racked before fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Bottling happens after stabilization and light filtration. Nice fruit with citrus notes, nice freshness. This wine is more mineral that our other cuvee due to the difference in the soils.
