About the Producer: Santini Fine Wines is an expansion of Santini Foods, founded in 1987 by Bruce and Anna Liu. The name “Santini” pays tribute to Anna (Mosca) Liu’s father’s Pizzeria (1956). Santini Foods started out as an importer of dried Italian goods. They currently manufacture evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, flavored syrups, and import dried Italian goods and extra virgin olive oil.
