Drawing on this wealth of experience, the Dashes create vineyard-focused wines that capture the complexity and character of top vineyards throughout Sonoma County and beyond. Although known for its exceptional single-vineyard Zinfandels, Dashe also crafts excellent Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Riesling.
Tasting Notes: Showing colors of reddish-purple and on the nose, aromas are very aromatic pomegranate, black cherry, and raspberry, mixed with hints of cassis, chocolate, and slight peppery spice. On the palate , experience lush, lively texture with lovely black cherry and pomegranate fruit, bright acidity to balance the sweet fruit flavors, black pep- per and clove spice, and a long, lively finish of black cherry, pomegranate, and hints of licorice and cocoa powder.
