Winery Tasting Notes: El Recio meaning 'the tough guy', and is a more serious, mature wine, made from the product of some of Toro's oldest vines. This wine is intense with deep black fruit, chocolate, roasted coffee bean and aromas of vanilla. On the palate, it is full bodied with a firm structure, and silky tannins.
