Tasting Notes: This wine provides lots of floral notes on the nose, a little cherry, a little pear, a little citrus, with a little spice. The fruit was crushed at extremely cold temperatures to ensure minimal color transfer from the skins, fermented in 100% stainless steel and aged on the lees for 5 months. With some weight on the palate, you get pear, apple and melon flavors that are richer than your average white wine. It ends with a crisp, dry finish of lasting sweet, tart fruit with a pleasant minerality.
